Most recently, I led the redesign of a direct-to-consumer website that resulted in 16.8% year-over-year revenue growth, and 8% lift in conversion rate, and a 4.6% increase in average order value. Across lifecycle marketing, my creative direction contributed to a 33% increase in attributed revenue and 35% growth in conversions, alongside a 16% lift in email open rate.
